Steve Lozier specializes in operational excellence and value creation inside private equity portfolio companies. A former U.S. Coast Guard officer, he served more than five years at sea, including command of an 87-foot patrol boat with full accountability for mission, vessel, and crew. After earning his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M, he consulted at Deloitte, then moved inside PE-backed companies — leading a 105-person operation as Interim General Manager at RTIC Outdoors, and serving as Senior Strategy Manager for portfolio operations at Bishop Lifting, a PE-backed industrial platform growing through acquisition, where he partnered directly with the CEO on strategy and execution.
