Overview

Our Spring Analyst Program is a nine to ten-week internship for undergraduate students during the Spring Semester. 

As a participant, you will:
 

• Define an acquisition thesis with the Acquirer — industry, geography, deal size, and business model

• Build a proprietary target list of businesses that match the investment criteria

• Run a direct outreach campaign to business owners through email, phone, and referral networks

• Screen inbound opportunities and conduct preliminary due diligence on qualified targets

• Present a shortlist of acquisition-ready businesses to the Searcher and TAG Advisory Board at semester close

• Support the Acquirer through the full M&A transaction — due diligence, financing, legal review, and closing — as needed from LOI through close

• Work directly with TAG Advisory Board members — practitioners who have bought, operated, and sold businesses across multiple industries
