Chibunna Chimezie is the Founder and Operating Partner of Clinton Street Capital, an operator-led acquisition platform focused on acquiring and growing enduring healthcare services businesses. Clinton Street Capital approaches ownership with a long-term stewardship mindset, grounded in the belief that succession is not simply a transaction, but a transfer of trust.
Chibunna is the Owner and Operator of Veterans Room, a behavioral health platform dedicated exclusively to serving Veterans and their families.

Previously, Chibunna was an Investment Banking Associate at MTS Health Partners, a healthcare-focused investment bank, and a Flare Scholar at Flare Capital Partners. He holds an MBA in Health Sector Management and Strategy from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an MPA from Rutgers University.
He brings to the Princeton ETA community firsthand perspective across the acquisition journey.
